  1. Pot Prohibition was never about "getting high", how could it, when no one has ever overdosed to death! It was about suppressing natural energy solutions and protecting corporate interests! The US Government has known since 1974 that Cannabis cures Cancer! In '72 Richard Nixon wanted a larger budget for his "War on drugs", so he tried to prove that Cannabis caused lung cancer, like cigarettes. He gave the Medical College of Virginia 2 years to do a study on the effects of THC on the body. In '74 the study was completed. It turns out, THC when ingested in highly concentrated forms (such as eating Cannabis oil) will attack any mutated cells in your body while strengthening and rejuvenating the healthy cells. They found the PERFECT CURE for Cancer. It worked fast, it worked well, it worked on many different forms of Cancer in ALL stages and it had ZERO harmful side effects, unlike Chemo which deteriorates your entire body and kills 1 in 5 patients. Not only that, but it dissolves ALL forms of tumors and can even combat super-bugs like MRSA. When Nixon saw the results of the study he was furious, he threw the entire report in the trash and deemed the study classified. In 1976 President Gerald Ford put an end to all public cannabis research and granted exclusive research rights to major pharmaceutical companies, who set out, "unsuccessfully" to develop synthetic forms of THC that would deliver all the medical benefits without the “high.” In 1983 the Reagan/Bush Administration tried to persuade American universities and researchers to destroy all 1966-76 cannabis research work, including compendiums in libraries, reports Jack Herer, who states, "We know that large amounts of information have since disappeared." No more educating about the Life Saving Plant and 50.000 different ways to make everything healthier both biologically and environmentally. It is obvious when judging the weight of empirical fact and large amounts of corroborating evidence indicate the Reagan/Bush/Quayle administrations along with their unique pharmaceutical connections "Bush/Quayle/Lilly sellout" have probably had conspired at the highest levels to withhold information and to dis-inform the public thru various agencies. Meanwhile, the Fed. gov. has been supplying several people for decades, with cannabis for medicinal purposes. The President Bush Sr. administration shut down the medical pot program and pretends it never happened. There really is massive proof that the suppression of medical cannabis represents the greatest failure of the institutions of a free society, medicine, journalism, science, and our fundamental values. Farming it gives US tremendous Freedom and Prosperity. "They" did not want Us to grow (for free) our own Food, Fuel, Medicine, Clothing, etc. This even “coincided” with the prohibition of alcohol and hemp in the 1920’s. "They" lobbied to make gasoline cheaper, the end of "natural energy" solutions had begun, the rest is "corrupt history". The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) considers "pot", a drug with "NO MEDICINAL VALUE", so it's hard to get approval to research it and impossible to study the cannabis products most people use, since researchers can only give study participants cannabis grown at DEA-approved facilities. Help educate our misled nation so we may once again, utilize what we "used to" and all we are "supposed to" for sustainability. Utilizing may literally save the Earth. Everyone should read, "The emperor wears no clothes", by Jack Herer. Our nations current Drug epidemic is ruining our country. Cannabis is not a "gateway or entrance" drug- it's an exit drug from pharmaceuticals and narcotics. Pot may help with 50% of withdrawals from pain pills/opiates! In 1988, the DEAs own Judge, Rules that Cannabis has Medical Value!!! The DEA’s own Administrative Law Judge, Francis Young, after taking medical testimony for 15 days and reviewing hundreds of DEA/NIDA documents positioned against the evidence introduced by marijuana reform activists, concluded in September 1988 that “marijuana is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man.” But despite this preponderance of evidence, then DEA Director John Lawn ordered on December 30, 1989 that cannabis remain listed as a Schedule I narcotic – having no known medical use. His successor, Robert Bonner, who was appointed by Bush and kept in office by Clinton, was even more draconian in his approach to hemp/marijuana as medicine. Bush, Sr., Clinton and Bush, Jr.’s DEA administrators have all upheld policies far worse even than Bonner’s. So, is there any hope at all? “Hope comes from the numerous protests that have been mounted in the streets, in town halls”. “We must engage in these battles on a local and on a national level, we will have to build new radical movements and most importantly, new parallel institutions that challenge the hegemony of corporate power. It will not be easy; it will take time. "They" Lied about everything, about the "Everything Plant". fb= Utilize Potman
