  2. This worked so well last time (abt a yr ago) I'm back again! My sinuses have been playing me up for a few weeks and now I have a banging headache so hoping this will do the trick. Will be back in a day or two to let you know how it goes 👍

  3. had a couple questions that could help me would be grateful from anybody because I have bad sinus infection, does anyone use tap water boiled or distilled water form the store then boiled? and how to clean the neti pot with tap water n soap, vinegar and tap water etc? thanks

  4. A tea pot would work better. I've never heard of using hydrogen peroxide. Certainly not following the yogic method.
I guess if your strapped for cash and desperate. Not really salt water irrigation with the other ingredients added..

  5. man you are a genius I can't believe I never thought about using the water bottle! I don't have a netti pot but really needed on and had a few to many to drive to the store and get one but this worked nicely feeling much better! =)

  6. I thought it was interesting last year and I thought id give it a go go.
Few days after I did the nasal flush my right eye started to swell up I got an eye infection….

  7. I did it to 1nostril and panicked because it felt weird and dumped all of it out. My nose started to burn and I figured that's why he said to blow your nose after doing it so I did starting to feel less burning (which was probably because the water was still a little hot) and… You know how salt tastes? I can smell the taste of it.Wierd. but anyway I can breathe out of my nose now so I'm happy.
