  2. Don’t set up ur meat like how she does it if you don’t fully cook it, the cross contamination of the pork and chicken can get very bad, especially the chicken

  3. Wow, in Thailand fish sauce is only around $1-2max. That bottle must have traveled all the way from Vietnam to Canada. Care for some fish sauce as a Christmas present? Hahaha!

  4. The family loved it. Tried it with Prawns, Fish and Chicken. Used chicken stock instead of pork. Was quite flavourful.

    It was a great experience for the family to do it yourself at the dinner table :). Thanks Pailin.
