Creamy white bean & kale soup | cozy one-pot vegan dinner

This Creamy White Bean and Kale Soup is healthy yet creamy and packed with flavor thanks to a few tips and tricks. Stay warm and cozy this season by making …

  1. I made it tonight. I only had baby spinach, no kale, but I just added it to the bowl and not the pot – it was perfect. Don't skimp on the garlic – I did use the six cloves but could have gone for even more. I had it with red lentil flatbread – delicious.

  2. I particularly love that this has no cream, butter or cheese and still looks really delicious. I have all the ingredients already on hand and this will be tomorrow's dinner. Thank you for the recipe!

  3. I love this channel! This is an amazing recepe. I have been making it for a longtime n the family loves it n we never get tired! Tastes fresh, flavored, homemade n cozy food! Delicious!!!!!

  4. Cool tip I learned elsewhere on YouTube: because of its water content, celery retards the formation of the Fond, the browning the bottom of the pan. Add it after browning the onion and carrot.

  5. I'm not vegan or even vegetarian. I don't even particularly eat aoup (every once in a blue, blue moon)….BUT THIS RIGHT HERE has made a convert out of me. I'm definitely trying this recipe out.

I was doing Keto prior to the pandemic. Currently thinking of doing a Daniel Fast and was looking for recipes and that is how I came across this video. I'm subscribing because of this soup and the tips you gave for saving herbs. Girl!!!! Game changer and coin saver. YASSS!

  6. And garlic is healthy! But there is an easier way to peel garlic and that is to lay the knife on top of the clove as you did, but rather than pressing into it, it's much easier to just pound the knife with your fist. Usually 1 good wack is enough to break the skin of the garlic, release some of the juices, and makes for very easy peeling.

  7. Hello 🙂 I am not vegan but I love your healthy dishes and delicious flavor combinations 🙂 I used chicken bone broth and served with cheese toast and my family loved it 🙂 super flavorful and felt so healing 🙂 thank you 🙂 happy Friday 🙂

  8. Great production, you are a natural, you had me @hello, but, yes, but, THAT GIANT KNIFE…

You need to swap that massive knife for an eight (8) inch, better control… So inspired by you… Bless

  9. Two of my non eating meat adult children I think would love it
After watching you make I sent the video to one of them
It looks delicious and healthy I wouldn’t mind trying it
    Thanks for sharing 🙏🏿

  10. Hi; thanks for sharing this recipe, I’m going to try it tonight, but I was wondering where did you get your oven mitts they are so cute and they look extra long? 😊

  11. Ok, this soup is D-lish!! I must admit, I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but after watching this video, I rushed to the store and got all the ingredients for this and also the pumpkin/ricotta shells! I'm super excited to try that as well! I'm a single 47 year old guy zesting lemons for a Gremolata!?! Who am I?? 😂 Needless to say, thank you for inspiring me to step out of my comfort zone and try something new! 🙏💕
