  1. Daily my smoothie has tons of greens, 1 heaping tbsp hemp, turmeric, bl pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, wild blubs, 10 cranberries, smallish banana and splash of almond milk. It's my absolute joy. I'll add more hemp. My new vitamix is the bomb…smoothie like silk. Thank you so much for this wonderful vid.

  2. Isn't it a bit higher on the Omega 6's though? I eat hemp certainly every other day but I would not eat 3 tbsps. I eat 1tbsp chia and flax daily and hemp every other day because of the omega 6 content.

  3. I tried unshelled ones because whole foods( 😅 ), thats like chewing and swallowng shards of glasses with a taste of dirt, fail…i'll try the shelled ones next time.
