    1) Purchase organic sesames seeds I recommend https://amzn.to/3br8YRI

    2) Toast sesames seeds under a low setting or flame, you will start to notice the sesame seeds are beginning to stick together and clump. This is where you will need to take them off the heat source. My first try at this – I let them get toasty brown and the the butter tasted burnt. With that being said, when the sesames seeds begin clumping is a good sign to remove from heat

    3) Place the sesame seeds in a bowl, stirring them so the seeds can cool

    4) Once cool, place in a food processor, I tried my vitamix and it just didn't work well, the seeds get stuck underneath the blades and I was continually stopping and scooping out the seeds and it was alot more work. So, I do suggest a food processor, if you do not have one, it can be done in a blender just make sure you continually are stopping to move the seeds around and have on low setting you can so the motor wont have to work so hard and you don't damage your blender.

After 1 1/12 hours the oils began releasing and the seeds began forming the butter, this is where you make the decision how thick or thin you would like it, I like mine thick so this is where I stopped.
